摘要 <p>The method involves respectively placing friction linings (5, 6) on surfaces (3, 4) of a disk shaped support element (2) of a friction disk (1), where the friction linings are formed of composite material with resin and fibrous material. Grooves (9, 10) are respectively formed in the friction linings for dividing the linings into segments (7, 8). The segments of one of the friction lining are formed along a shifting angle defined with respect to the segments of another friction lining. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a friction disk comprising a disk shaped support element (2) a device for fabricating a friction disk. Method for adjusting compressibility of a friction disk in a wet running friction assembly of a motor vehicle e.g. all terrain vehicle or sports vehicle, within a tolerance range. The method varies the compressibility of the friction disk only in a pre-defined tolerance range, thus adapting the compressibility of the disk to different applications in a simple manner. The method also permits fabrication of the friction disk with high quality.
