PURPOSE: A trocar for a laparoscope is provided to stably perform a surgical operation by preventing a trocar sleeve from the abdomen by forming a protrusion on the outer circumference of the trocar sleeve. CONSTITUTION: A head unit(10) is comprised of an upper case(11) with an installation hole and a hanging groove and a lower case with a trocar sleeve fixing protrusion(13) and an injection hole fixing protrusion(14). A trocar sleeve(17) is installed on the lower side of the lower case. A rib valve(20) is installed inside the heat unit. An insertion unit(30) is installed on the upper side of the rib valve. A button unit(40) is comprised of an elastic bush which is inserted into both sides of the lower case and a button(41) which is elastically installed on the elastic bush. A trocar needle(50) is inserted into the trocar sleeve through the insertion unit or rib valve.
