PURPOSE: An electric fusion seat for connecting polyethylene pipes, and a molding device thereof are provided to secure uniform melting by installing heating wires in a zigzag shape. CONSTITUTION: An electric fusion seat for connecting polyethylene pipes comprises polyethylene panel(31) and heating wires(33). The heating wires are located on the top of the polyethylene panel. The heating wires are formed by twisting multiple thin lines, and connected in a zigzag shape. The polyethylene panel and the heating wires are penetrated through a guide roller and a forming roller, and pressed grooves and pressed protrusions are formed. And the heating wires are integrally fixed to the polyethylene panel.
