PURPOSE: A multi-channel diffusion charger for real-time size distribution measurement of sub-micrometer particles and a method for real-time size distribution measurement of sub-micrometer particles using the same are provided to accurately calculate parameter value without need to establish an arbitrary assumed value. CONSTITUTION: A multi-channel diffusion charger for real-time size distribution measurement of sub-micrometer particles comprises a particle charger(10), channels(20), and a current measurement unit. The channels divide the air inside a particle charger and provide a path. The current measurement unit detects current values corresponding to the charge amount of the particles which passes through the channels.
