Disclosed is a powdery dialysis preparation which is prepared by using a solid organic acid, does not contain acetic acid as a pH-adjusting agent, and is reduced in the decomposition of glucose therein. Specifically disclosed is a solid dialysis preparation which comprises an electrolyte component, glucose and a pH-adjusting agent. The solid dialysis preparation further comprises a solid organic acid, wherein the solid organic acid contains a fine powder fraction at a small ratio, specifically contains a fraction of particles having a particle diameter of 250 μm or smaller at a ratio of 20% or less or a fraction of particle having a particle diameter of 150 μm or smaller at a ratio of 10% or less. Preferably, the solid organic acid is citric acid. |
