PURPOSE: A resource installation and a management system are provided to process more effective installation and administration of a resource package by changing a function of a terminal into various types and methods. CONSTITUTION: A directory service server(300) stores an installation information history about the resource package. The directory service server offers the setup information history to a corresponding terminal device. A terminal device(100) downloads a resource package through a network(1) from a resource package providing server(200). The terminal device offers the setup information about the resource package based on the information of the resource package to the directory service server.
