The device has multiple arms (3) that have transmission shafts equipped to an end of a coupling unit that constitutes an end fitting (31), where the coupling unit is coupled to a tension rod in rotation. The shafts are equipped with an end of an engaging unit i.e. planet pinion, on a gear chain constituting a reducer that is contained in a case (1) and connected to a gear down motor so as to drive the transmission shafts simultaneously at a same torque and same speed.
