The device has an intermediate container intercalated between a liquid fuel storage reservoir (15) and a vaporizing type burner (11). A supplying unit supplies liquid fuel to the intermediate container from the reservoir, where the supplying unit is controlled by an adjusting unit for maintaining a constant level of the liquid fuel in the container. Another supplying unit supplies the liquid fuel to the burner from the container by vessel communicating phenomenon for maintaining level of the liquid fuel in the burner as the level of the liquid in the container.
