The assembly (1) has an autonomous power supply formed of photovoltaic cells (2), batteries (3), battery charge and current distribution management system (4) and ground power unit (5). The power supply supplies power to a booster pump group (6) to ensure sufficient flow rate and pressure for operation of equipments e.g. lavatory, of the assembly. The booster pump group takes water from a water tank (7). A wireless communication unit e.g. global system for mobile communication (GSM)modem, transmits alarms in case of incorrect operation or exhaustion of electric resources.
