The structure has a carrier substrate (1) which is provided with parallely spaced weakening lines (11) in central area. A group of equally spaced weakening lines (12) are laterally provided at two opposite areas of the substrate. The weakening lines (12) are perpendicularly extended from one of the weakening lines (11) towards lateral edge of carrier substrate such that to provide several cards (13). Each of the cards is provided with receiving area at preset position for attaching chip (2).
