<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer sheet which is easy to produce and has sufficient barrier performance to water vapor and weatherability, a process for producing the same, and a sealing sheet for solar battery cells and solar battery modules using the polymer sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The polymer sheet has a polymer layer containing repeating units expressed by general formula (1) on the support base.
