<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously and automatically update commodity information for the same commodities managed by a computer system by updating the commodity information on the RF (radio frequency) tag attached to a commodity to be managed. <P>SOLUTION: This commodity management system includes the RF tags 41 attached to the commodities to be managed, the computer system 1 for performing commodity management by giving and receiving the commodity information to and from the RF tags, and network environments 2, 3 for transmitting and receiving the commodity information between the RF tags and the computer system. The RF tag 41 comprises a display 42 having a commodity information writing function in addition to a commodity information display function. The commodity ID of the commodity information and the update information written in the display are transmitted to the computer system 1, the computer system 1 collates the transmitted commodity ID of the RF tag with the commodity ID in the computer system, prepares the update information for the same commodity ID, transmits the update information to the RF tags 41, and thus simultaneously displays the update information on the displays of the RF tags 41 of the same commodities. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
