<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-wheeled or four-wheeled motor vehicle allowing for independently turning a handlebar and pivoting a seat with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle body frame 20 is supported by a front part oscillation shaft 71 in relation to a front wheel suspension device 50.
