<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solventless active energy ray-curable coating composition, from which a functional thin film having excellent mechanical properties such as wear resistance, film hardness, and uniform performance of various functions across the film can be obtained, and a method for producing the same and a substrate with the functional thin film. <P>SOLUTION: The solventless active energy ray-curable coating composition contains a functional fine powder having an average primary particle size of dispersion of 100 nm or less, a first resin component having an active energy ray-curable compound having a cross-linkable functional group by electron beam radiation and a molecular weight of 500 or less, and a second resin component having an active energy ray-curable compound having any of the following: a larger molecular weight, more functional groups, or a larger molecular weight and more functional groups, than the previous active energy ray-curable compound. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
