PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slot machine capable of notifying of winning a specific winning symbol combination by a lottery, by a performance rotation of rotary reels and preventing the elongation of a game waiting time. SOLUTION: A slot machine includes: an acceleration rotation control means controlling respective rotary reels to start rotating triggered by the operation of a start switch and to accelerate to a predetermined rotation speed; and a performance rotation control means controlling the respective rotary reels to start rotating triggered by the operation of the start switch and to align specific symbols; and executes either control of the acceleration rotation control means and the performance rotation control means. The slot machine further includes a performance rotation timer for counting a time executing a control of a performance rotation control means, and when the performance rotation timer counts a predetermined time during the control of the performance rotation control means, stops the control of the performance rotation control means and starts the control of the acceleration rotation control means.
