PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress variation of a reference signal due to an influence of an input signal. SOLUTION: This electronic circuit comprises: a differential amplifier circuit 30 including an input terminal receiving a digital input signal, and a reference signal terminal; an averaging circuit 10 for averaging the input signal to produce an averaged signal Vsm; a first holding circuit 20 provided between the reference signal terminal and an output of the averaging circuit 10 to hold the averaged signal Vsm and output it to the reference signal terminal; and a first switch SW1 provided between the first holding circuit 20 and the averaging circuit 10.
