<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-corrosion surface treatment chain having good anti-corrosion performance and inhibiting drop of the anti-corrosion performance even if lubricating oil is applied in a surface thereof. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The anti-corrosion surface treatment chain 10 is provided with inner plates 11, bushings 12, outer plates 13, connecting pins 14, and rollers 15. Each component includes zinc-iron alloy undercoating formed out of impact zinc plating on iron matrix, and primary coating formed out of primary waterborne paint containing zinc, aluminum, nitrate, organic compound including mercapto group other than silane coupling agent including mercapto group. Secondary waterborne paint not including pigment, but including silane coupling agent including water-soluble or hydrolytic amino group, and alkali silicate water solution containing aluminum ion and halogen ion is applied on the first coating.
