<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquefied gas filling device with high reliability. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When a pressure PT2 of fuel within a liquid phase line 2 is higher than a regular pressure PT0, the fuel is stored with a large capacity by selecting a main line of a primary side valve 15, and opening a secondary side valve 16. When the pressure PT2 of fuel within the liquid phase line 2 is the regular pressure PT0 or below, the pressure PT2 of fuel within the liquid phase line 2 is increased to the regular pressure PT0 by selecting a subline of the main line of the primary side valve 15 in such a state that the secondary side valve 16 remains open.
