PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle power supply unit that does not generate a noise by repeating a major current change at a rise/fall of a voltage pulse under a PWM control and that does not cause a sense of incongruity to the start of load. SOLUTION: A control part 4 includes an output means (4) that starts the voltage pulse applied to each of electric loads 1L to NL simultaneously when a plurality of the electric loads 1L to NL are simultaneously directed to be turned on and that retains the started respective voltages until the PWM control of respective electric loads starts, and a determination means (4) that determines the order of starting the PWM control of the voltage pulse among the electric loads 1L to NL, wherein, after the output means (4) simultaneously starts the voltage pulses, the determination means (4) starts the PWM control of the voltage pulse of the next electric load NL at the fall of the voltage pulse of the previous electric load (N-1)L and, after starting the PWM control, starts the voltage pulse of the next electric load NL at the fall of the voltage pulse of the previous electric load (N-1)L, according to the order determined by the determination means (4).
