<p>Disclosed is a stacked coil component that does not form any gap between an internal conductor and a magnetic ceramic around the internal conductor, can alleviate a problem of internal stress, has an internal conductor coverage of not less than 99.5%, has a high percentage occupation of the internal conductor, has a low resistance, is less likely to cause breaking of the internal conductor by surge or the like, and is highly reliable. The stacked coil component is configured so that the internal conductor coverage is not less than 99.5%, and the interface of an internal conductor (2) and a magnetic ceramic (11) around the internal conductor (2) is in a dissociated state without the presence of a gap in the interface of the internal conductor (2) and the magnetic ceramic (11). The percentage pore area of a side gap part (8) which is an area between the side of the internal conductor (2) and the side of a magnetic ceramic element (3) is in the range of 6 to 20%. An acidic solution is penetrated through a side gap part of the magnetic ceramic element and is allowed to reach the interface of the internal conductor and the magnetic ceramic around the internal conductor to break the bond of the interface of the internal conductor and the magnetic ceramic around the internal conductor.</p> |
