PURPOSE: A polyurethane foam compositions for pipe insulation is provided to maintain an insulation property at 160-200 °C for 10 years, and to ensure excellent mechanical strength and fire retardant characteristic while not degrading cracking, carbonization, and adhesive force. CONSTITUTION: A polyurethane foam compositions for pipe insulation comprises mixed polyol, isocyanate, catalyst, foaming agent and surfactant. The mixed polyol comprises, based on isocyanate 100.0 parts by weight, (a) polyester polyol 50-100.0 parts by weight, (b) phthalate polyestersether polyol 10-40 parts by weight obtained by reacting polyester including phthalate and/or adipic acid with propylene oxide and ethylene oxide, (c) carprolactone polyether polyol 5-20 parts by weight obtained by reacting alkylene oxide with caprolactone, (d) glycol polyether polyol 10-30 parts by weight obtained by reacting styrene oxide and butylene oxide with glycol, and (e) bisphenol A polyether polyol 5-15 parts by weight obtained by reacting styrene oxide and butylene oxide with bisphenol A.
