Provided is a base station device in a mobile communication system. This base station device comprises means for collecting measured data containing at least the quality information of a down signal, in each arrival direction from at least one user device, means for converting each measured data into an evaluation value in accordance with a predetermined evaluation function, means for deriving the updated quantity of a weight to determine the directivity, from the angle distribution of the plural evaluation values, and means for sending the down signal weighted by the updated weight, to the user device.
