PURPOSE: A message searching service providing device and a method thereof are provided to use a mobile terminal to search a message received to a mobile terminal of a receiving subscriber. CONSTITUTION: If a message received from a mobile terminal is a message searching request message, an SMSC(SMS Center)(500) outputs a corresponding message to request message searching. If message searching is requested, a message server(600) performs searching according to searching condition included in a received message. If the searched message exists, the message server transmits the searched message.
