DATA BACK UP METHOD AND SOLID STATE DRIVE INCLUDING ENERGY STORAGES

PURPOSE: A data backup method and a solid state drive including energy storages are provided to store the data of a non-volatile memory within an SSD without an additional external power device by including a power storage device in an output voltage terminal of an input power unit. CONSTITUTION: An SSD(Solid State Drive)(200) includes a control unit(210), a memory bus slot(220) and a non-volatile memory(230). The output voltage terminal of the input voltage unit of the SSD is installed at a power storage device(300). The power storage device includes a DCDC(Direct Current to Direct Current) transformer(310) and an energy storage(320). The energy storage performs minimum power supply required for a flush operation, and the data of the non-volatile memory of the SSD are stable recorded on the non-volatile memory during the flush operation.
