A holder for a container such as a tissue box includes a lower jaw for mounting on a wall or other vertical surface, and an upper jaw telescopically slidabl e in the lower jaw. The jaws include opposed, outwardly extending ledges for clamping a container therebetween. Meshing teeth on the jaws permit releasable locking of the jaw s in a container clamping position. |
