It is an object to provide a control device, an input device, a control system, a control method and its program that are configured to improve the operability when a user operates a GUI displayed on a screen by a pointer.[MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEMS]An MPU (35) of a control device (40) sets weighting coefficientsαandβfor each area to divide a screen (3). The MPU (35) multiples the weighting coefficientsαandβby corresponding displacement amounts (Vx) and (Vy) and calculates displacement amounts X'(t) and Y'(t) of a pointer (2) on the screen (3). Thus, a moving direction of the pointer (2) can be biased to a predetermined direction. With this, when a user operates an input device (1), for example, and selects an icon (4) disposed in a one dimensional direction on the screen (3), the operator can restrict an operation of the pointer to the one dimensional direction on the screen (3). Therefore, a user easily selects an icon, so that the operability of the pointer is improved.
