<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably keep the distance between power generation units forming a coolant passage and favorably prevent deformation of an electrolyte-electrode assembly or a metallic separator, in simple and economical constitution. <P>SOLUTION: In a power generation unit 12 constituting a fuel cell stack 10, projection parts 38a, 40a of a first metallic separator 14 and projection parts 50a, 48a of a second metallic separator 18 are arranged in a first interposed position so as to face each other holding a first electrolyte membrane-electrode assembly 16a in the stacking direction. Projection parts 48b, 50b of the second metallic separator 18 and projection parts 60a, 62a of a third metallic separator 20 are arranged in a second interposed position so as to face each other on each holding a second electrolyte membrane-electrode assembly 16b in the stacking direction. The projection parts 40b, 38b of the first metallic separator 14 and the projection parts 60b, 62b of the third metallic separator 20 are projected to a position different from the first and the second interposed positions on a coolant passage 44 side, and contact each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
