<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a charge capacity of a battery by determining whether it is winter or not in a fuel cell vehicle which is driven with a fuel cell and a battery. <P>SOLUTION: Whether it is winter or not is determined by using an intake temperature sensor for detecting an intake temperature Ts with a temperature characteristic which provides optimum (tracking outside air temperature Tea after a point t7 and after a point t17) tracking property with respect to the outside air temperature Tea during soaking after a point t6, a motor temperature sensor for detecting a temperature Tm of a motor, and a DT (Drive Train) system water temperature sensor for detecting a DT-system water temperature Tr.
