<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chair comfortably used even in the middle of hot summer and in the middle of cold winter. <P>SOLUTION: A component members constituting a seat part and a backrest of the chair are formed of first pipes 3a and second pipes 3b arranged in a lattice shape.
