<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device that applies a driving voltage to a load on the basis of stored data, and prevents a reduction in operating speed and increase in layout area. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor device 101 includes: a plurality of resistor storage elements M having electric resistance values corresponding to logical values of the stored data respectively, a read circuit 12 in which read currents flow through the plurality of resistor storage elements M, and a driving voltage generating circuit 11 which adds the read currents flowing through the respective resistor storage elements M, converts the added read current into the driving voltage, and applies it to the load. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
