PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that when a load is connected to a middle point terminal between secondary battery cells connected in series, electric discharging cannot be prohibited until a voltage reaches a set voltage of over-discharging, and when power is supplied to the middle point terminal, electric charging cannot be prohibited until the voltage reaches a set voltage of overcharging. SOLUTION: A battery pack has a plurality of secondary battery cells connected in series which has at least one middle point terminal that is connected at least to one of the plurality of secondary battery cells, and has at least one switch connected between the connection part and the middle point terminal.
