METHOD FOR PRODUCING ACRYLIC STRETCHED FILM, OPTICAL MEMBER, AND IMAGE DISPLAY DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an acrylic stretched film with superior heat resistance including an acrylic polymer having a ring structure in its main chain as a principal component, improving tear strength of the film by an unprecedented stretching method. SOLUTION: This method for producing the acrylic stretched film includes a step of stretching an acrylic resin film having the acrylic polymer having the ring structure in its main chain as the principal component and having a glass transition temperature of 110°C or more. In this step, the resin film is stretched so that a glass transition temperature Tg(°C), a stretching temperature Te(°C), and a stretching speed (%/minute) of the resin film satisfy the formula expressed by 13.5×Log(Y)-19≤Te-Tg≤13.5×Log(Y)-10.
