PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-reinforced resin composition having excellent balance between rigidity and impact resistance, having low linear expansion, and capable of obtaining a lightweight foam molded product with a low specific gravity, and to provide the foam molded product which is obtained by using the fiber-reinforced resin composition. SOLUTION: The fiber-reinforced resin composition comprises a thermoplastic resin (A), thermally expandable microcapsules (B), and a reinforcing fiber (C), in which the thermally expandable microcapsules (B) have≥190°C maximum foaming temperature, and has≥10% by weight of the reinforcing fiber (C).
