PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the performance of a heat storage material by preventing deterioration of the heat storage material and efficiently use heat generated in a vehicle. SOLUTION: An vehicle warming-up system 1 includes a heat storage device 10 equipped with the heat storage material 20, a cooling water circulation path 31 and a radiator circulation path 35 for circulating cooling water between an engine 30 and the heat storage device 10 and warms up the engine 30 by heat storage and radiation of the heat storage material 20 through heat exchange with the cooling water. In this vehicle warming-up system, there are provided an exhaust gas flow path 34, in which exhaust gas of the engine 30 flows, and an exhaust gas heat exchanger 60 exchanging heat between the exhaust gas and the cooling water, and the cooling water exchanged heat with the exhaust gas is caused to flow through the heat storage device 10 and is made to exchange heat with the heat storage material 20. By eliminating direct heat exchange between the high temperature exhaust gas and the heat storage material 20, heat of the exhaust gas can be stored in the heat storage material 20 while preventing deterioration of the heat storage material 20 and heat energy can be effectively used.
