PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately perform positioning by suppressing the influence of the arrangement of a positioning satellite and an error included in a positioning result. SOLUTION: The positioning apparatus includes a receiving section 11 for receiving a signal transmitted from a plurality of different positioning satellites, a false distance measuring section 13 for measuring a false distance from each positioning satellite to the receiving position based on the received satellite information of each positioning satellite, a positioning section 14 for positioning the latitude and longitude of the receiving position based on the received satellite information and measured false distance, a storage section 15 for storing the positioning result showing the positioned latitude and longitude and positioning satellite arrangement information whenever positioning is performed, an absolute position arithmetic section 16 for calculating the latitude and longitude of the same receiving position by weighting-averaging a plurality of positioning results about the stored same receiving position using the positioning satellite arrangement information corresponding to each positioning result.
