PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleanser composition which gives good gloss and good hair slipperiness, has high dispersion stability, and contains pearl gloss particles. SOLUTION: There is provided the cleanser composition comprising the following components (A) and (B): (A) a pearl gloss composition comprising (A1) a fatty acid glycol ester, (A2) one or more additives selected from the group consisting of (1) fatty acids and polyoxyalkylene type nonionic surfactants, (2) aliphatic alcohols and polyoxyalkylene type nonionic surfactants, (3) fatty acid monoglycerides and (4) aliphatic ethers, and (A3) water, wherein pearl gloss particles are formed; (B) a surfactant, wherein the number-average major axis of the pearl gloss particles is 1.6 to 5 μm.
