PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating implement being preserved for a long period and having superior usability. SOLUTION: This heating implement 1 includes: a sheet-like heat-producing tool 10 having a heat-producing section 11 and a storage body 12 storing it; and a pair of air-impermeable sheet-like wrappers 20 and 20 located in the upper and lower sides of the sheet-like heat-producing tool 10. The heat-producing section 11 is sealed in a closed space S existing between the pair of sheet-like wrappers 20 and 20. The storage body 12 and the sheet-like wrappers 20 have extension sections 12P and 20P respectively outward extending from the peripheral edge 11s of the heat-producing section 11 and the mutually-facing extension sections 12P and 20P of the storage body 12 and the sheet-like wrappers 20 are peelably joined together outward the peripheral edge 11s.
