PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake piping structure of a motorcycle for improving working efficiency of mounting a hydraulic control unit and a front wheel brake piping assembly. SOLUTION: A control side brake piping assembly 10 extending from the hydraulic control unit 1 to a master cylinder 31 of a brake operation portion on a steering handlebar, and operation side brake piping assemblies 20 and 21 extending from the hydraulic control unit 1 to a caliper for braking a front wheel brake disk, are connected to the hydraulic control unit 1 which contains an antilock brake system and the like and is arranged between front and rear wheels. The connected hydraulic control unit 1 and brake piping assemblies 10, 20, and 21 are mounted on a main frame F of a vehicle body from one side in a vehicle width direction, and fixed to the main frame F by a fixing means for fixing the hydraulic control unit, and a plurality of fixing means 61 and the like for fixing the brake piping assemblies.
