PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device and an error management system allowing to cope with an error more quickly than before after the error occurs. SOLUTION: The electronic device having a display unit for displaying a variety of screens includes a communication unit communicating with the outside, and a control unit which, in the case of an error, causes the display unit to display an error notification screen notifying the occurrence of the error and which creates error notification email for converting the error notification screen displayed by the display unit into an image file with the image file added to the email as error information to cause the communication unit to send the error notification email to a party to be notified of the error.
