<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a triplet light emitting element which has high efficiency and improved stability and can eliminate trouble in manufacturing the element in comparison with a conventional one by simplifying the element structure without using an unstable material. <P>SOLUTION: In an element structure not using a hole blocking layer conventionally introduced in a triplet light emitting element, that is, an element structure in which an anode 102 on a substrate 101, a hole transport layer 103 formed of a hole transport material on top of it, an electron transporting and light emitting layer 104 formed of an electron transport material and a dopant material capable of triplet light emission and a cathode 105, are laminated, the combination of the hole transport material and the electron transport material and the combination of the electron transport material and the dopant material are optimized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
