PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stencil printing drum unit which reduces the occurrence of noise and can carry out work quietly, and to provide a stencil printing machine. SOLUTION: The stencil printing drum unit 1 has a porous plate cylinder 10, a pressure roller 11 which presses a printing sheet P to the peripheral surface of the plate cylinder 10, and an ink feeding mechanism 12 arranged in the plate cylinder 10. A clamp 13 for gripping the end of a mimeograph stencil paper sheet is arranged on the inner circumference surface of the plate cylinder 10. The ink feeding mechanism 12 is equipped with a first ink roller 21 contacting the inner circumference surface of the plate cylinder 10, a second ink roller 22 contacting the first ink roller 21, and a squeegee member 23 which forms an ink bank 24 with the second ink roller 22. A deformation part 21a which can avoid interference with the clamp 13 when the clamp 13 passes through the part of the first ink roller 21 is formed on the peripheral surface of the first ink roller 21.
