PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens assembling method for assembling a hemispherical lens including a first optical surface having a hemispherical projecting surface and a second optical surface having a radius of curvature larger than that of the first optical surface on a substrate by adjusting assembly so that light incident on the hemispherical lens may not be intercepted by adhesive. SOLUTION: The hemispherical lens is incorporated in a lens barrel, and the adhesive is applied and hardened between the second optical surface and an inner surface of the lens barrel, and then the lens barrel is stuck to the substrate in air.
