<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC-DC converter and a system power supply, which outputs a power supply voltage matching a load condition. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The DC-DC converter 14a includes a data table which stores an optimum power supply voltage VoA to be supplied to a load circuit 18 relative to a consumption current Ix for every three or more load conditions of the load circuit 18, and with a voltage controller 22 which detects the then load condition of the load circuit 18 from the data table based on the consumption current Ix detected with a current detection section 21, acquires an optimum power supply voltage VoA in the then load condition, and outputs the optimum power supply voltage VoA thus acquired as a predetermined power supply voltage VoA to be supplied to the load circuit 18.
