PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard coat film for in-mold shaping having an anti-abrasion property wherein cracking is hardly caused in in-mold shaping. SOLUTION: The hard coat film for in-mold shaping comprises a hard coating layer laminated on one surface of a substrate film, wherein a material for forming the hard coating layer comprises poly-functional urethane acrylate, (meth)acrylate and a photo-polymerization initiator, and the poly-functional urethane acrylate preferably has the functionality of 3 to 20.
