A roll sheet holder which can eliminate improper winding of a sheetlike member wound into a roll. A press roller (25) and a rotary roller (15) are arranged such that they come into pressure contact with each other and the central axes becomes substantially parallel with the central axis of a roll sheet (50) supported on a supporting unit. The rotary roller (15) can be rotated by operation at an operating section. A large number of linear protrusions (251c) are formed on the surface of the press roll (25) to extend in the direction substantially parallel with the central axis thereof, and the surface layer (15c) of the rotary roller (15) is formed of an elastic member. A closet seat sheet (511) is held between the press roller (25) and the rotary roller (15) such that the outer surface of the closet seat sheet (511) touches the press roll (25). The closet seat sheet (511) is conveyed by performing operation at the operating section to rotate the press roller (25) and the rotary roller (15).
