A BUFFER DEVICE FOR CONVERSING THE ENERGY PRODUCED ON A ROAD

A buffer device for conversing the energy produced on a road receives weight and energy produced by a vehicle or a walker when the vehicle or the walker passes on the road. A restorable compression unit (200) inside the device compresses fluid to produce energy from fluid pressure. The energy from the fluid pressure is transformed to kinetic energy by a check valve (250), fluid pipes (260), a valve (300) and an impeller (400) inside the device to reduce the vibration of the vehicle. Finally the kinetic energy is transformed to electrical energy by a generator (500).
