The method involves generating an airstream with a temperature, where the airstream flows through a heat sink. Input power of a heat source is adjusted, where heat of the heat source is absorbed by the heat sink. Heat energy with another temperature is generated between the heat sink and the heat source. The adjustment of the input power of the heat source is stopped, when the latter temperature reaches a preset upper limit. A cooling effect of the heat sink is evaluated using the input power of the heat source.
