<p>PURPOSE: A rim of steering wheel for vehicle is provided, which can prevent short circuit of the unnecessary hotwire pad in the attachment of the leather cover and real wood. CONSTITUTION: A rim of steering wheel for vehicle comprises a polyurethane foam material(12), a hotwire pad(13), real wood(15), and a leather cover(16). The polyurethane foam material is combined with the surface of the armature accomplishing the chassis of rim. The hotwire pad is adhered to the entire surface of the polyurethane foam material. The real wood and leather cover are respectively attached to the surface of the hotwire pad to be connected to each other. In the hotwire pad, a clip element(14) is attached to the site that the real wood and leather cover are connected.</p> |
