PURPOSE: A rear monitoring unit for a vehicle and a rear monitoring device for the vehicle which includes the same are provided to make wiring in a car interior simple by wirelessly connecting a display of the car interior and a camera of the car rear side. CONSTITUTION: A rear monitoring device for a vehicle comprises a camera module(10) and a display module(20). The camera module is installed on the vehicle. The display module indicates a video signal outputted from the camera module. The camera module and display module wirelessly communicate. When the power source is applied in a back light(40) of the vehicle, the power source is applied in the camera module. The display module comprises a wireless reception part, a receiving image data conversion module and an image display. The wireless reception part receives a video data from the camera module. The receiving image data conversion module changes the video data into the image indication signal for displaying. The image display indicates the transformed image indication signal.
