PURPOSE: A laminating method using electrospinning is provided to improve tactility of moisture permeable and waterproof textiles in a clothes manufacturing process, and to increase moisture-permeable and internal water pressure of the textiles. CONSTITUTION: A laminating method includes a step for forming an adhesive layer through electrospinning on one side of fabric(405) and a step for bonding the adhesive layer on a nanofiber layer. The adhesive layer is made with nano-fiber. The adhesive layer is partially formed on one side of the fabric. The nano-fiber layer has moisture-permeable and waterproof property. An electrospinning device includes a spinneret(401), a collector(402), a spinning space(404), a transfer device(403), and a winding device(407).
